Frequently Asked Questions
q: I can?t access the stream. It won?t work!
a: You may not have the latest versions of the
critical software needed to access the online media.
Always check your system for the latest updates
available for Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
Click on the links below to get the FREE updates:
IE and Windows Operating System updates, patches and fixes.
Latest Windows Media Player compatible with your system.

q: I have all of the latest and greatest updates? it still won't work!
a: Check all of the suggestions below:
    1. Please make sure and use only Internet Explorer
        to access the online player.
If you use an AOL browser, a browser with frames like Hotmail,
        or any other specialized/altered browser,
you may not be able to get the online player to work properly.
Just make sure and open a new window of
Internet Explorer before you try to
        open the player and/or website.
    2. Make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker on your system.
This will prevent the login screen and player from opening.
if you do have a pop-up blocker on your system,
either temporarily disable it or hold down the "ctrl" key while
clicking to open the login screen or player
If the "ctrl" key doesn't work,
consult the directions found in your pop-up blocker "read me" file.
Make sure you don't have a FunWebProducts application
        installed on your system.
It will prevent your player from working.
    3. Check your internet connection speed,
it might be extremely slow at the time you
        tried to access the player.
This can cause the media to "never" play
        (actually, it is constantly buffering).
If you are using a dial-up connection (modem),
you will usually get varying connection speeds.
Often, the speed is much slower than your
28k or 56k modem is capable of producing.
We recommend calling your 'ISP' (internet service provider)
to inquire about alternate dial-in numbers.
Hopefully, they will have several numbers with which
to get a better connect speed.

q: Why can?t i log into the system?
a: If you are getting login errors,
your account may not been activated.
Please check your email settings and your SPAM mail box.
You should have received a confirmation email with an
    activation link.

q: I am confirmed but i still can't log into the system.
Why do i keep getting error messages?
a: Please do not use your confirmation e-mail to
    return to the player.
Iif you are having trouble accessing the player
you can always go to the main web site and
    log in from there.
Just remember to enter in your original email and password
