I don't have a ton of details here. But a video from Russia shows one guy's AMAZING move to stop a police chase. A suspect was speeding away from the police, and almost hit a pedestrian crossing the street. But the guy somehow managed to jump up, land on the windshield, and roll off without a scratch. AND he brought the car to a stop so the police could arrest the driver.
