Ever heard of the Goblin shark?
It lives in some of the deepest waters of the ocean and is rather prehistoric-looking. A Florida fisherman got to see one up close on Wednesday when he accidentally pulled in an 18-foot Goblin shark while he was catching shrimp.
This is an extremely rare circumstance, as this shark is only the second in recorded history to be spotted in the Gulf of Mexico, according to NOAA Fisheries Service. Check it out!
